Neta Angie Ranieri, 78, a retired waitress and business owner of Great Falls, died on Monday, April 9, 2012 at her residence of breast cancerA memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.The youngest and only girl of six children, Angie was born on May 20, 1933. She was raised on a farm near Cascade. She married James R. Ranieri, Jr. and they raised three children.Angie loved people and people loved her.She was well loved by everyone she met.She was a delightful mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend; all of which were Angies priority.However, she also wore many hats throughout her life.She worked very hard to support her family.She served as both a waitress and a hostess for 4Bs restaurant.She delivered newspapers for the Great Falls Tribune.Angie and her husband James owned and operated their own ironing business.She made her ironing deliveries in an old metro milk truck. After she lost most of her eyesight in 1985, she was no longer able to drive.However, this did not stop her from continuing to deliver newspapers with the aid of her dog and faithful companion, Manning.She is survived by her husband James Ranieri of Great Falls; daughters Christine (Stretch) Manley of Rogue River, OR, Joanne (Everette) Cornwell of Great Falls; son John (Sandy) Ranieri of Great Falls; grandchildren Gary Ringler, James Cornwell, Autumn Wool, Niki Cash, Frank Cornwell, Kayle Ringler, Charlene Ranieri, Everette Cornwell, Zack Ringler and Raymond Ranieri; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers and sister-in-laws, James and Audrey Faller of Great Falls and Frank and Madeline Faller of Superior, MT; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and two special friends of the family, Gary Ringler and Alan English. She was preceded in death by three brothers, four nephews, and a great-grandson.
