Andrew Thomas Blake, 22, of Dillon, MT, son of Mark E. Blake of Great Falls, MT and Jennifer Kay Blake of Grand Forks, ND died in Salt Lake City, UT on Nov 16, 2015.Andrew was born in Abilene, TX on April 12, 1993 and spent almost his entire life traveling the world with his family to Texas, Arkansas, Germany, The Netherlands and Montana for various military assignments. He graduated from C.M. Russell High School in Great Falls, MT and studied at the University of Montana-Western. Andrew worked at Standard Lumber in Dillon, MT.Andrew was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing the Beaverhead and Missouri rivers and hunting throughout beautiful southwestern Montana.He is survived by his maternal grandparents; father Mark; mother Jennifer; brother Christopher; the love of his life, Carla; and many aunts, uncles and cousins across the country.A brief remembrance/celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on December 5, 2015 at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel followed by a reception at Schnider Funeral Home.A private family ceremony to scatter his ashes will be held at his favorite fishing hole near Dillon, MT sometime in the future.In lieu of flowers, donations in Andrews name may be made to Barrett Hospital Foundation, C/O Social Services Fund, 30 MT HWY 91 S., Dillon, MT 59725.
