Alice Kline

Alice Kline, age 83, died peacefully on December 11, 2016.She was born in Sandpoint, Idaho on June 9, 1933. She lived in Georgetown, MT for most of her childhood and attended Southern Cross Country School. On January 14, 1949, Alice married Donald Dues. They were married for 30 years and raised 7 children together. She and Don owned and operated Eastgate IGA in Butte, MT. After the death of her husband, Alice worked at Columbus Hospital in the laundry and later became a nanny in Pennsylvania.Alice was preceded in death by her grandson, Jonathan Pittman; husband Donald Dues; daughter Penny Larson (Dues); and son Ricky Dues.She is survived by 5 of her children, Gary Dues, Randy Dues, Kandy Sonsteng (Dues), Marty Dues, Cory Dues and daughter-in-law Brenda Dues Campbell; 22 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.Alice loved dancing, puzzle books, and gardening.No services will be held. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
