Jeremy Davidson

May 02, 1978 - Apr 01, 2017

Jeremy was born on May 2, 1978, in Billings, Montana. He passed away on April 1, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Whitney Chesnut, May 6, 2015.

He is survived by his parents, Gene and Fran Davidson; nephews Michael Davidson and John Keyser; niece Jessica Keyser and all their spouses and children; one uncle; two aunts; six cousins; and grandmother Birdie Sorrells.

He attended Lewis and Clark Elementary School, Paris Gibson Middle School and graduated from Great Falls High School in 1997. He was looking forward to the twenty-year class reunion. Jeremy was employed at the Easter Seals-Goodwill store in Great Falls for 17 years. He loved going to work every day.

Jeremy had many health problems all his life, but despite these setbacks he maintained a positive and cheerful attitude.

Jeremy was an avid collector of Hot Wheels cars, caps, and T-shirts from many places and activities, Star Wars memorabilia, music CDs and movies. Jeremy was a regular attendee of car shows, Voyagers baseball games, music concerts, magic shows, American Hockey games, Altered Classics meetings, Electric City Speedway and Halftime sports, WWE wrestling.

Jeremy had a high regard for members of all branches of the military, law enforcement, and firefighters. He never passed up an opportunity to honor them by thanking them for their service. Because of his own struggles in life, he always spoke from the heart and knew the right thing to say to those who were grieving.

He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Jeremy was a wonderful young man. We saw him many times at the baseball games and really enjoyed rooting for our teams. My greatest memory was of him at the race track when I was the flag man and later the announcer. He always had a smile and when the other fans didn't agree with a call I made he always was kind to me. He asked for my autograph once telling me he was my biggest fan, no one had ever said that before. My heart is broken for his family and Great Falls at his passing. The world is a little darker without him but Heaven is a little brighter. God bless his family. We do not sorrow as those who have no hope.

I went to high school with Jeremy. Very out going and friendly. He of course graduated 2 years before me. But we hung out while I was a freshman/ sophomore. It was 4 years ago i seen jeremy at goodwill. Wow how the times changed to see him again. My regrets will be not staying in touch with Jeremy. It is amazing how we know people then lose them. I am deeply saddened for his family and my regards go out to them.

We both so enjoyed visiting with him at all the car shows. Two years ago my wife gave him a ride in our corvette convertible. Won't say how fast we went with the top down, but he had an ear to ear grin that we will never forget. He will be greatly missed.

God truely gained a angel and I lost a friend. I will never forget his contagious smile and spirit. The first time I met Jeremy was one that impacted my life. Not knowing Jeremy that day I stood there just truely amazed as I listened to him talk. His love for people and for all his friends at the Goodwill was remarkable. I will miss Jeremy. My deepest sympathy to his family and prayers for you all.

Jeremy had the purest, kindest soul of anyone I ever met. My wife and I could not run into him at a game, concert or show without both getting big hugs. Events around Great Falls woll never be the same with his smile on the crowd.

My sincerest sympathies to Jeremy's family and friends. He was a force, a super fan of so many interests. I got to know Jeremy through the car shows, and he never failed to greet me with a huge hello - "How's it going Stacy my friend?!". I always got a laugh if there were free cans of Pepsi or someone offering a licorice stick, because Jeremy would load up! It was an indication of how much joy he took in the simple things. No one was more excited to win a raffle or a 50/50. He oozed love and he will be missed. I hope beautiful memories can comfort all at this time.

What a wonderful person and always happy. i would see him at goodwill every week and he was always happy to tell you what color tag was for the week. So i started beating him to telling me what the color was before he had a chance to tell me. We would both just laugh. What a neat guy. Autumn

Der Gene and Fran. When I saw the last name I looked for yours as I thought it was your son.
Praying that you are trusting in the Lord for your comfort at this difficult time. Not easy for parents to lose their children to death. This statement is made not from knowledge but from watching those grieve who have experienced the trauma. As you grieve, may the love of family and friends comfort you and the love of God give you peace.

To Jeremy's family..... I've know Jeremy for so many years, that I can't remember where I first met him, but he was an absolutely wonderful young man. He could see me for miles and always came to say hi and we would hug. He was the happiest, most positive ray of sunshine I have ever been honored to know. He always made my day! And yes he did love his concerts. He was a true blessing to anyone lucky enough to met him. God got a good one..... God bless you all and know that he brought a lot of joy to the world.
